This course is intended to assist mortgage course attendees in completing required documents, taking or re-taking required exams, and receiving any required certifications if needed. 

This continuing education course intends to serve as a refresher as well as an update for all mortgage loan originators relative to industry laws and skills necessary to perform their duties. This course contains the required 3 hours of federal law covering Dodd-Frank Wall-Street Reform, 2 hours of ethics in the study of RESPA, 2 hours of nontraditional mortgage products on reverse mortgages and 1 hour of electives concerning credit scores and reports.
