Real Estate 202: This is a 30 hour course designed to familiarize an applicant with Louisiana Laws and Rules including the Louisiana Civil Law System. 

Students taking this course will receive a comprehensive study in the various components which makeup the professional life of a real estate broker. This course is designed as a fundamental introduction and comprehensive review of many important real estate concepts including the brokerage business, supervision of licensees, legal requirements, and various real estate principles and practices.
