This course is designed as a refresher course for licensed real estate brokers in Louisiana. Attendees will focus on several key areas of their business such as broker supervision, office policy manuals, property management, as well as legal responsibilities including escrow and trust accounts. While designed for brokers, this course can also be useful for any licensed real estate professional.
