Attendees will focus on several key areas of their business such as broker supervision, office policy manuals, property management, as well as legal responsibilities including escrow and trust accounts. While designed for brokers, this course can also be useful for any licensed real estate professional.
This course serves Louisiana licensees as an overview of updates and related information concerning mandatory forms used in the practice of real estate. In addition, course attendees will review buyer brokerage agreements as well as any related developments regarding the industry and their use. Attendees will also receive a cursory review of various topics involving technology and fraud awareness, such as ethical concerns and risk mitigation.
